states  that the last part of the verse was mistranslated, and should of read from elam and from shiner, and from hamath and from the western regions beyond the sea. 

 

So lets look at evidence of the Yasharalite being scattered towards the western hemisphere. if they already inhabited the eastern part of the hemisphere, logically it leave them to go west, and although yasharal as a people are scattered throughout all corners of the word, The western hemisphere is were majority of the lost tribes where either taken or scattered.
